02.02., The snowstorm - a lot of snow

All the day there were a lot of snow. Sometimes you can´t see the ponies on the fields so strong was the snow. The roads were bad for driving, only cars with allrad had a good chance. And the snowdrifts on the roads were over 1m, that´s very dangerous for the driver.
David could drive to this work after three trials. Every time he stucked in the snow and came only with the showel free (like in Germany in December).
Otherwise these day was quiet too. In the evening I watched with Kilby the Movie The black stallion (der schwarze Hengst). I can´t remind, that I have ever seen this movie. Maybe when I was a youn girl. Kilby asked everytime: what happend now, the poor horse. What they are doing? Is it a real movie? And so on. That reminded to my own feeling when I saw such movies with horses (for example war movies where the horses fall down hardly). It was a nice movie.
How much minus degrees? I don´t know, but it was very cold...
